This high grown Mexican coffee is then decaffeinated using the water process method in Mexico to produce a clean, crisp coffee. The green coffee beans are immersed in water in order to extract the caffeine. The water now contains the caffeine and all the flavour elements of the green coffee.
The caffeine is then extracted using a special filter and the flavour soaked water is used again in the extraction process. This maintains the maximum flavour in our decaffeinated coffee.
